what do you guys enjoy eating? I do like rice and like to eat it but I am carb sensitive. I love my veggies and my favorites are broccoli, asparagus, greaan beans, etc. I eat a lot of protein as we all do w/ DC training but was curious what else you guys top it off with? I'm not trying to pry into DC's secrets but curious to see what you all consume!
