I was just hoping to pose a quick A&P question to some of the experts on this board (you guys know your shit).
I know this isn't the typical setup for a 2-way DC split, but I recently read that training biceps and shoulders on the same day can increase one's risk for shoulder impingement (particularly if biceps are trained before shoulders). Anyone have any insight on this topic or substantiation of this claim? Thank you for your time and awesome info for the less informed.
