  • log book ...

    was punished this last workout... as you guys remember from my post a few weeks back i just started DC workout and Tuesday was my first chance to beat the log book and i upped the weights and reps.

    Incline smythe (45degree) 205 15rp --- yesterday 225 15rp
    Smythe military press 180 11rp----yesterday 190 13rp
    Skull crushers 70lb 16rp----- yesterday 100 15rp ( i went to low the first time)
    Lat pull down ( used a new exercises so first time doing it)
    Bent over row in the smtye 185 12reps --- yesterday 205 12reps


    i know alot of pepole beat the log book the first time actually im sure everyone does and my numbers arent to impressive but i feel i did a pretty good job. And im loving the workout.


    I did have one question ... is it possible for someoen to grow if there weights in the gym arent progressing? I was argueing with a friend about this which i know is stupid since he is brain washed like the rest lol but he has gotten bigger without muc hof a increase at all in poundages in the last 6weeks. Is this possible to continue? He has above average genetics but nothing unreal. Just curious

    The way I see it your weights in the gym can do one of three things...

    1)Go up
    2)Go down
    or 3) Stay the same

    Now which of the three does your friend thinks builds the most muscle?
    It's been mentioned many times before but it's worth repeating that without exception the biggest guys here are also the strongest.No worries, looks like you're on the right track bro, your friend....well....he'll figure it out on day

      I have to admit when i opened up my email and saw i had a response to my post and it was from you i was alittle scared on what comment or joke you had for me lolol Thanks for the post FH but im sure i just opened a door for a flame now lol And your right maybe he will figure it out some day if not his problem not mine But i was just curiousthat if someone had better genetics then another if they could grow even if weights werent really going up much at all. He seems to be getting bigger and i konw he is clean.

        LOL....Some time ago I used to post 100% seriously but as you know over time I got a little bored of the same questions and the same topics over and over again so I often like to interject using my third favorite topic (bbing and women are #1 &#2 of course)....humor

        But don't forget that i've trained with Dante for a year and a half, weigh 316lbs etc...etc...blah...but regardless I like to keep things low key as I have no desire to have a full PM box every morning like some of the guys here...Hope that doesn't sound bad but I train people for a living 6 days a week in the gym and come here in what little free time I have....Once in a while I'll be in the mood to answer a question or two but for the most part.....

              LOL if i could only have a few of the doggpound knock on these gusy doors lol Ive read everyting DC has posted and all the threads even though i dont post much im on here alot. And one thing i noticed was said alot is how hard it is to pound this into someones head and now that im doing this and friends ask what im doing they laugh at my routine. But i knew this was coming so i just dont give a f--ck And when the results come we will see who is laughing. I think the biggest compliment will be when someone comes up to me wanting me to teach them what im doing becuase my results must pretty significant for someone to be curious enough to change there routine. And IH thanks for your help as well everytime i post you a pm its sent back to me in a matter of minutes i really do apprecaite it.

                TH, At the gym I train at everyone was watching at what I was doing when I started training with DC and they were seeing the weights being pushed and I was only lifting 3 days a week, well now that I have got some fat off and they see the results and I am still able to push some serious weight, now they want to know whats up.

                I was talking to a guy last night who just dropped 17 lbs and now he is 215, he has lost 40% of his strength, 40% shit, I would quit right now, I asked how was his diet, well we added up 185 grams of protein, fool, and then he had the gall to say when I told him months ago to eat 2 grams per body lb he was making awsome gains, he is now dead I crushed his skull with a 45 lb plate, geez...

                  LOL Yea i tried to tell my friend the same thing i said i dont give a shit if your dieting or bulking or wahtever your doing... keep your protein HIGH and if your think your eating enough protein i can promise you taht your not even close. And then i got the whole .. your body cant process that much its not needed shit shoved down my throat. So i just left lol i can really see how frustrating it gest trying to tell someone something and i find myself argueing with them like it really makes a difference anyways. Flex mags will always win lol
