was punished this last workout... as you guys remember from my post a few weeks back i just started DC workout and Tuesday was my first chance to beat the log book and i upped the weights and reps.
Incline smythe (45degree) 205 15rp --- yesterday 225 15rp
Smythe military press 180 11rp----yesterday 190 13rp
Skull crushers 70lb 16rp----- yesterday 100 15rp ( i went to low the first time)
Lat pull down ( used a new exercises so first time doing it)
Bent over row in the smtye 185 12reps --- yesterday 205 12reps
i know alot of pepole beat the log book the first time actually im sure everyone does and my numbers arent to impressive but i feel i did a pretty good job. And im loving the workout.
I did have one question ... is it possible for someoen to grow if there weights in the gym arent progressing? I was argueing with a friend about this which i know is stupid since he is brain washed like the rest lol but he has gotten bigger without muc hof a increase at all in poundages in the last 6weeks. Is this possible to continue? He has above average genetics but nothing unreal. Just curious
