  • Chest w/ DC!

Got to hit the chest on my upper body DC training today and straight setted it as told and recomended by most here. Good workout and the rest of the bodyparts was awesome! I believe Rack Deads are my favorite lift! Thanks for the advice guys!

you know TH, it is so appropriate what your signature says. since i have started with Dante, i have never been so sick so often as any point in my life. every workout day i know that i am going to get sick and feel nausious for the rest of the day afterward. i slam down the postworkout meal (which is a deathmaker), and then i am just so beat from the workouts....jesus.

dude im trying to finish my pw shake right now.. i guzzled most of it right away and i'm about to puke... only a few sips left.. i was actually a little worried that i might not have felt up to my workout today b/c i've felt nauseus for the past 2 freaking days it sucks. i love that sickness song. its been one of my faveorites since the first time i've heard it. faveorite line is "i can see inside you, the sickness is rising, dont try to deny what you feel".... oh and TH, i just did rack deads.. i love them, but i think floor deads are my faveorite.

i usually sleep after my workouts whenever i can b/c it is truly that exhausting. on mondays i have a class a couple hours afterwards and i truly thank God that it is stress/tension management and we practice relaxing for a good amount of time... i love that class. lol.

I find it harder to bulk then cut! I cant tell you how many times I force feed myself b/c I am not hungry. I shouldn't say not hungry just not hungry enough for the amount of protein I consume..lol!
I like the leg training in this program b/c it is one twisted ass mother [email protected] workout. DC, you are a sick but awesome man!

Thats awesome, why do people recommend to straight set the chest? Whats the best rep range?

FWIW my favorite lifts are front squats and rack deads.

              Stang...
the reason for me straight setting chest for now is b/c of an injury that occured during my cruise period. Trust me, I'd rather be rest pausing any day but you gotta be smart!

Ahhh, thanks for clarifying that haha.

I know what you mean. I injured my back doing squats a few months ago, and now that I'm on DC I started low and am working on my form, but I still don't have the balls to do it free weight. It will come in time, but i m feeling great and making awesome gains so I guess whatever works, works. What pisses me off is my boxers don't fit over my quads anymore, shit.

Try to ride a bicycle. Of course I've never ridden a motorcycle so that may be harder if your legs are tired.

Maybe this is why they die. I can't speak for the toads though. I am pretty damn lame tonight.
