At this moment Raul lives in Puerto Rico and has Tropical Storm Jeanne bearing down on him right now. The eye of the strom will pass right over him and the winds are just under 70 mph, the full brunt of the storm will be on him by 2:00pm est. His power will be out for a while but I am in touch with him on his cell phone if he needs some help.

This will be another Hurricane once it leaves his area and will be pushing over 75 mph so here comes the next one.

So far I have heard nothing from him, maybe cell sites are down, but no word as of yet I know they had terrible flooding and a few deaths, but I am waiting for some word...
