for example:
for chest: incline barbell, smith machine declines, incline dumbell
shoulders: barbell press, dumbell press, smith machine behind the neck presses.
triceps: flat skulls, close grip benches, reverse grip benches
bis: barbell curls, incline dumbell curls, dumbell preachers
back: deads, corner t-bar rows, barbell rows, rack chins, pulldowns, chins
quads: squats, leg press, front squats
hams: lying leg curls, stiff leg deads, sumo leg press
calves: leg press calves, standing, seated
here are alot of basic mass builders that you try to implement at one time or another.

I personally don't like DB's for rest pausing but that is a choice you will have to make I think that they get a little hard to control regularly,,, I am moving this one to to main DC board btwI do not condone the use of anabolic steroids or any illegal drug, any information discussed is for educational purposes only.

I think you, coming to this forum, should know exactly what kinda routines most of us do. Bigp and goliath kinda summed it up above. You can use the search button at the top to find out more similar routines with different exercises..

I've noticed a lot of DC trainers go for the smith machine and the hammer strength machines. Should I focus on those 2 more than barbells and dumbells for DC training? I've asked this question before but I don't think anyone has answered it yetaim: hulkarms747

smith machines and hammer strength, although not as stimulating as free weights, make up by being easy to rest pauysed to ultimate failure, so in my opinion, theyre pretty close to free weights, of course any program should have free weights in it, but dont be afraid to use the smith and hammer strengthEveryone has a friend that can bench more than you...
