Has anyone found a really good forearm stretch? I feel as though all the forearm stretches i perform do not hit the belly of the muscle very well. I feel as though they hit the distal part (closer to the wrists) of the forearm well but the belly of the muscle is hardly stretched. The only stretch that comes close is when i reach back, grab a vertical bar and try to rotate my arm but that is more of a bicep stretch.
Any suggestions?
