Getting ready to run my yearly DC blast(s).
Looking for a journal template that I can print off and put in to a small binder or notebook.
I really do not want a full page per workout day. I already have that.
Does anybody have anything smaller? maybe something that prints out on standard paper size but can be cut in to 4 days?
