I know this one has been answered a million times but I will do it again... Yes you can do cardio when bulking. Judge how much to do by your gains. If you are a hard gainer keep it to a minimum if you are a fat boy by nature than hit it for 20 or 30 minutes on your off days 2 or 3 times a week with light things such as walking.

i personally dont do cardio right now. i need all the calories i can get. but others who have problems with excess fat accumulation do cardio on their off days
