Being in my early 30's, i have realized i am not a spring chick anymore and i have noticed that despite good stretching and proper warm up, i finding little injures that used to be no problems in the past, tend to last much longer requiring me to ease up on certain exercises to prevent it from becoming a major problem. I was wondering if anyone has found any solutions to this. Do people find regular massages worth the cost? Hot tub use? Others?
