    That looks really interesting. I looked over the abstract a bit and there's no info about how much Pom juice the subjects drank to elicit those positive effects. Anyone have access to the study and can tell us how much they were drinking?

      Interesting...pomegranate juice to increase testosterone.

      Although this study was done with rats, it showed that pomegranate juice also increased sperm motility: http://www.clinicalnutritionjournal....207-5/abstract

        That is good info. I wonder if the pom pills work the same way? Was looking for a way to reap the benefits minus the sugar.

          I've been drinking pomegranate juice for years, nice to know it actually does some good things instead of just tasting good.

            Does anyone know how much juice was given to each subject? Or how many times a day?

                      Did 10oz POM juice and 40 grams TP Banana WPI post workout today. Deeelish combo. I read all kinds of conflicting info about fructose post W/O but WTH...I did it. Gonna do it for a couple months to see what happens.
