I don't know if this has been tried but I would love to see a DC logbook. If True Nutrition came out with one I would definitely pick it up. It could have pre-made spots for the exercises, different boxes for each part of the RP set, length of the extreme stretch, maybe even a nutrition log with a page that had the macros of a lot of different food to check your protein levels, places to put your daily weight or places for body fat percentages. Include a page with suggested exercises, have quotes from Dante and other guys on the top of pages to keep you motivated. I just think it would be a great way to log your training. Anybody else agree? Any other ideas to add?
