Wondering if you guys thnk this is a productive exercise for a blast. I tried out last workout and loved it. I can get a really good stretch at the bottom and progress every week with reducing the amount of assistance weights. Also what RP range should I be using, I was thinking when I get to 25rp make it tougher

Other than rack chins, I suck when it comes to reg chins. I see nothing wrong with it. I've used it in the past. I think as long as you are progressing and that assistance weight keeps dropping then (in theory) you should be getting stronger and moving towards being able to eventually do reg-chins. . The machine that I've used also has a close grip section to it as well and I get a really good pump whenever I've used it. Just my 2 cents."SET NO LIMITS"
