hey guys im brand new to the site as well as DC training! just started on the program this week and im loving it already! been training for 13 years and im up to 296lbs fairly lean and the ideas from DC methodology have lit a new fire under my ass! im so excited to beat the log book and push myself to new best lifts and size gains! ive got so many questions but enough about me SORRY! best of luck mike you look like a beast!Comment
