    Mike has been shooting videos for Flex and MD as he gets ready for the USA.

    Mike was able to do all this at the same time as his wife delivered a newborn daughter a few weeks back and running his business....talk about a full plate.

          DC the link your posted is giving me a "page not found" for some reason.

          But I've been reading the threads on him on PM and Mike sure is looking very massive and in pretty good condition. Are you helping him out with his training/prep ?

              Wow I had not seen that video, I thought it was an earlier one.

              He is looking like a super heavy, holy shit, and he's competing in the heavyweights. He's definitely gonna make some damage in that show, best of luck to Mike!
