It was relayed to me yesterday (by the longtime freind/training partner) that one of the 2-3 pros in this sport whose name is always mentioned as the heir apparent of "the unbeatable" Ronnie Coleman's Olympia title is incredibly interested in having me take him thru the steps DC wise and train him up to a new level after he competes in his upcoming fall shows. I was trying to slow this DC training cannonball express down not speed it up--LOL (this thing has taken on a life of its own).....I hope you guys carry on with the battle after I drop dead of a heart attack from stress related health issues--LOL

(No im not going to name who it is because you know how that goes--you dont count the chickens before they hatch or youll be crying over spilled milk teaching an old dog new tricks before the early bird gets the worm--WHAT IN THE HELL AM I TALKING ABOUT?)

Well, I for one will help here whenever I can, once I get more experience with this under my belt. I have read CFP repeatedly, and started at the back of this forum and have worked my way to the front, but I am not a big believer in giving advice unless I have "walked the walk" as opposed to the "armchair experts" out there.

Once I get a bit more real life experience with this program under my belt tho, I will be more than happy to help out as much as I can in this forum. Good luck with your pro, I hope it all works out for you!

yeah, it is definatly taking off... lol DC is everywhere... because it works. and people see results, which is good. but i cannot imagine if it was taken to the mr olympia levels.. the popularity of a place like this, in which dante himself frequents, would skyrocket. all the 'trainers' at the gyms would be showin their 120 pound friends and blah blah blah.

but best of luck to ya id do it if i were you there are plenty of people who are very knowledgable (IH and USmuscle specifically) who know the training as well..
