  • The clean version fast food thread

    I know in the past we have done fast food threads on what we hog out on, but this time name where and what you eat clean from a fast food establishment.

    Wendy's: 12 oz chili and carton of milk or
    grilled chicken sandwich w/ a milk and a caesar salad, easy on the dressing, no croutons or bacon bits

    Taco Bell: 2 or 3 steak taco's w/ pinto's and cheese

    Burger King: 2 Chicken Whoppers, no mayo

    Thats just some examples, what can you guys come up with. I am talking semi clean foods.

    Carl's Jr. Charbroiled Santa Fe Chicken Sandwich, no sauce, no cheese... 340 calories, 4 g. fat, 43 g. carbs, 35 g. protein

      kfc 4 piece chicken only. if you pick off the skin then a breast only has 3 grams of fat and so on

                every sub shop roast beef, chicken or turkey no mayo double meat, cheese once in while, use veggies like hot peppers and bannana peppers for flavor

                  Subway roast beef on one of those special wheat breads with mustard, lettuce, extra pickles, & extra vinegar. OMG... my mouth is watering now.

                    Today I acutally got a foot long wheat , with turkey, triple the meat, lettuce and mustard.

                    Pretty damn good.

                          about once a week i will have a day where i can eat kind of shitty.. but still lotsa protein (mainly the days when i work 12 hours.. dont have time to make steaks ) but last time for lunch it was...

                          2 wendys triples, chicken strips, and a chicken salad. lol... mmmmmmm sooo good.

                          my dad owns a restaurant, and i bought some non-flavored protein, and hes working on making high protein wheat pizza dough and pasta

                            Another thread to drool over.

                            The Angus burger. I have to use two hands eating it and steer the car with my knee. I had a cop eyeballing me so I gave him a thumbs up like the guy on the commercial (with a slight flex). He just nodded and kept going as I wiped the shit off my face. Tasty stuff.

                              I am boring. The worst I get is Noodles and Company twice on Saturdays and have granola bars with my protein drinks instead of oatmeal. lol

                              I don't eat fast food unless I am just plain not training for some reason. I do enough that can kill me. I don't want to increase the odds. ; )
