hi,
im suffering from hiatus hernia, like i guess alot of lifters are, so i was hoping someone had some tips or tricks for me.
it does'nt hurt or anything, the problem is that some sorts of food makes me feel really full for a really long time, even when im not. and not the good kind of full, but the kind that makes you throw up and have acid reflux and so on.
the biggest problem i have is that the alot of really nutritious and cheap food upsets my stomach, so i'm lookin for something i can eat all day everyday with the least amount of agony.
what i have found to upset my stomach the most is:
-red meat
-oatmeal
-rice
-potatoes
-dairy products
-protein powder, epspecially whey
-carb drinks...
so what i try to base my diet around now is fish, pork, chicken, eggs, veggies and nuts. its not so bad, but due to my work situation, i'm hoping for someting thats easy to eat og put in a blender to drink while i'm working, witch has a high protein content and some slow carbs.
used to drink 9eggs, 250g oatmeal, olive oil and a can of cottage cheese 3-4 times a day at work, but its not working out any more. so im hoping someone can give me a cheap ang nutritious replacement:fish2:
