  • 1st time i beat the log book

just though i would post my 1st workout that i beat the log book. im not gonna write the weight because its sorta imberassing. there not really heavy weights but hopefully thats gonna change soon.

incline bar \ plus 10 lbs reps (old 13rp) tw 14rp
    smith shoulder press\ plus 10lbs reps ( old 17rp) tw 16rp
close grips \ plus 40 lbs reps (old 24rp) tw 13rp
    rack chins\ plus 10lbs reps ( old 18 rp) tw 18rp
deads \ only did 1 set previous for 12 reps this week plus 50 lbs 8 reps plus 40 on top of that for 4

i thought it went well only a couple of sour points. my spotter ditched me on incline bar after my 1st rack and left and knowbody else was in the gym so i had to clean the weight back up. and the increase on smith shoulder press might not be so big but on my 1st workout i didnt know that reps where the spotter helps you dont count. and on close grips i didnt count 3 reps because my spotter grabed the dam bar when i could have done it myself. i cant weight till tomorrow when i try to beat the log book again.

Hell yea man, that's your body turning itself into a human blast furnace *you may have heard us discuss that*. Even though you're eating tons more, this sort of training is creating such a demand for all those nutrients that they're being used more efficiently than ever = no bodyfat gain or loss of bodyfat in your case. Keep in mind also that taking in more protein helps you to burn more fat because it requires four times more energy from your body to metabolize one gram of protein than it does for a gram of carbohydrate or fat. Keep it up.

Good work, keep hammering that log book. Just like In-Human said dont feel embarassed about the weights. When i started my first blast everything came down, but now the weights are exactly where they were when i use to lift with crap technique.

Just keep pushing as hard as you can keeping that technique good.

bro don't be ashamed of what weights you are using, it takes years to get up to pushing some of the huge ass weights that guys like IH and etc. are doing. As long as you are making progress and busting your balls to get better no one here will give you any slack.
