    I did my first dc workout today and its hell!!!

    im on 335g protein per day... im 5" 8 and 158lbs

                  just kidding. make sure you do the 20 repper(if you do them) in a smyth machine. i went pretty heavy on my first time, and if it hadn't been for the smyth machine i would have killed myself because my legs gave out on rep 18. have fun, leg day is brutal

                          I fuckin moved my leg out the way when i went down and it damaged a ligament or tendon. Fuckin bullshit it was. Plus i feel like my knees are actually going to explode when doing them. So i opted for horizontal air pressure leg presses. jus think of a vertical leg press, only horizontal. lol

                          I honestly wish i was in another gym, you know one where it wasnt so fitness oriented. But we got 110lb plates, 110lb dumbells. so its not bad compared to some places.

                            With me it's not the legs that give up it's the oxygen I'm short of after the 15th rep or so.
