I just want to say, that i raped my logbook hardcore this morning at the gym
im exposing my inability to lift serious steel... but im getting back up there... (suffered a hardcore injury in feb.
) dante has me doing smythe squats for quads on my #2 days... and last week, i did my set of 20 at 180, and this week did my set at 270.
im just very excited about my progress
i know its nothing huge to brag about... but i just had to share! IH im gonna catch you one of these days i swear... lol :showoff: :chair:
