RIght now immediatly after working out I down a 75 gram shake of WPC and 15% glute peptides. At least I think it is 75 grams I take 3 scoops of my mix. At this time I also eat a small twizzlers package: 54 Grams Carbs 26 grams sugar.
About 30-45 min later I get very lethargic and a little nauseaus. I don't want to eat anymore. I believe my Blood Sugar is crashing. How should I change to avoid this and what should I eat the rest of the night. I work out till about 6:30 pm and try and be in bed at 10:30.
