  • (Dante and others) How should I combine my vpx redline/whey/cardio

    BRO'S,

    Ive been guilty to letting my bf rise to high. I was bulking so nicely and wanted to gain as much as possible and I gained a lot of muscle but also a lot of fat. Now I want to put in some cardio in the morning and also use a fatburner. Now how should I do it? Im going to do cardio in the morning and want to take a fat burner with it, I also use creatine and I have whey protein concentrate. How should i do it?

    For example:

    1 sccop of wpc and 5 ml of vpx redline

    ---- 45 min of cardio ----

    2 scoops of wpc, 30 grams dextrose


    O yeah DAMN I almost forgot, I have to go to school in 2 weeks
    Wich means I have to cycle 2 x 15-25 minutes (depends on how much wind), one time in the morning and one time in the afternoon, how should I do this if I want to lose fat?

    Unless I'm misunderstanding what your saying, I'd say drop the dextrose after cardio. You just burned off all your sugar(and some fat), why go out of your way to create an insulin spike? I go with a normal breakfast after cardio(oats, turkey bacon, eggs/egg whites)... I think most will agree on the dextrose, though. As far as the redline and whey pre cardio go... sounds good to me, maybe others will have some comments.

      Hey fatty, how about you read my fatass thread on fatasses fatty fatterson, LOL. Just kidding man, I know how easy it is to be lenient on the off-season and staying lean part. I have learned that lesson too all too well.

      I dunno about you, but if I start adding in morning sessions then my strength starts going down very quickly. I would keep it afternoon for right now, but that is all how you feel about doing morning cardio.

      Exactly what is Redline, Blade??? I really don't keep up with supplements other than just pure creatine, glutamine and things like that so I really have no idea

      If I were you, I'd take the small serving of whey and fat burner pre cardio like you have, and afterwards about 30 mins post cardio ONLY have protein. I wouldn't immediately fill your protein stores directly post cardio because we are waiting to burn a little more fat. Then again that is just a theory and I hope someone more knowledgeable can correct me on that.

        The redline is some ok stuff, works decently.


        This is what i do , and I have dropped a good amount of fat while staying full and still gaining muscle.

        75g Protein In Water + Redline (not taking it currently though) right before cardio

        30-40minute walk outside or on treadmill.

        Then my regular everyday breakfast meal after I get back.

        Has been working great.

            I tried VPX Redline once and felt NOTHING....Guess I'll have to stick to Starbucks

              I looked up the ingredients and it's 'stack' is pretty much green tea, yohimbine HCl, and caffeine. In all honesty bros you can make that stack much cheaper if you buy everything individually. Very small amount in those drinks, too. VPX is a pretty good company *other than their stuff with steroid names* but they can really overprice stuff. This is just a suggestion in case you guys are frugal I love my stack, though. I finished up my last bottle of herbal Ephedra the other day and yesterday I started my Ephedrine HCl and the stuff is really great. You can find the Ephedrine HCl all over the place at convenience stores and stuff, they sell it as an asthma relief aid. Not banned, mind you. I stack 25mg of that with 200mg caffeine *NoDoz*, aspirin and 500mg Yohimbe bark <~~ I need to get the synthetic HCl though.

                              me neither. The clen that is. Muscle cramps bad headaches and studies showing it damages the heart muscle tissue turned me away.
