  • 3 months til contest prep time

    got about 3 more months to eat and make gains before its contest diet time! i plan on coming in the leanest i have ever been and about 15lbs heavier on stage. lifting heavier than i ever have since i got metroflex up and running and things somewhat back to normal...heres a pic from about two weeks ago. i am actually a little heavier now than in this pic...just going to keep eating and training hard as F*$K and see where i land this year

            Currently working with Shelby myself doing a fat loss plan, and about to rehire him for a lean gaining spring. He's the man.

                  Funny i was just getting ready to ask u if u still trained DC. Can i ask what the new DC schedule you are training on looks like? Training always strikes my curiousity
