              Holy shit man, strength is ridiculous.

              LDC- Have you ever dieted down before? You look like one of those scary guys at the gym who could diet down and kill it at bodybuilding shows.

                Thanks guys, but I really was just showing people how to do these.

                DG, the older that I get, the more I know that I am going to do something in that direction soon. It has always been something that I knew I would do someday.

                          i'm sorry, i don't think you are a tank...that's maybe a tad too small a description...

                          but thanks for showing this vid, you make it look fairly easy. I've come to love this exercise but realize i've been standing just a tad too narrow and probably explains why i have to use plates to rest the loaded bar on. if i go a little wider with the stance then i won't feel like i'm killing my lower back without the plates under it. :rockon:

                              For those of us tall guys with weird proportions, I think this movement would work better at the lowest pin setting in the squat rack.
