Hey I wanted to hear what everyone thought. Right now I'm in season for hockey an d I'm on the ice 5 times a week. I still train but its not any kind of bodybuilding training, it's more for stamina and just to keep what i have plus a lot more cardio. When the season is over il b on the ice maybe 1-2 a week for a while and it won't be very intense or physical so recovery wont be much. You could figure it's just like cardio. My question was what does everyone think about dc training. Maybe 1 full blast or so to add some weight back on obviously while eating like a bodybuilder during that time. I know Dante has mentioned this before but I figured I would ask anyway. Thanks

Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a pristine, well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, used up, worn out, and shouting, "Holy #$&^%$^... What a ride!!!"
