i have been using true protein which has been great, but im 6 weeks out of my show, an i need 4 weeks worth of protein, can anyone tell me what type of protein i should get or what type of true protien would be good????

depends what you want to do with it. for my post workout shake, i like wpc cause its cheap and i can buy lots of it. for all other shakes in the day i like a mix of:50%micellar casein,20%calcium casseinate and 30%wpc. just a warning on the mix, make sure to mix it with milk if possible, it doesnt taste very good in water but its good in milkMy style is impetuous, my defense is impregnable. if i was you, i would use the highest protein percentage wise product, like wpi ion, calcium caseinate or micellar. they are all very pure (protein), so you don't have to worry about unneeded carbs or other crap to screw with your diet, as you are trying to dial yourself in...
