Bro that is very, very, very little fat. I honestly would look and feel like shit on that much fat. Other than that, as long as the lower carbs *compared to most* aren't a problem then the diet looks fine. Nice and protein-filled

I'm going to add in the olive oil. Any other suggestions?

this may not be the best thing for business dealing with tp.com, but...

i could go on for a hours about the benefits of using real food over protein powders. i think there is a thread somewhere on here where i posted some info regarding whole food protein over protein powder protein. i will see if i can find it. no don't get me wrong protein powders have there place in a bodybuilders diet, but having 5 meals coming directly from liquid, is not good. i honestly think you need to rework your diet. and it can be as simple as taking those 2 meals (meal 3 and 6) and portioning them both into 2-3 smaller meals each (so 5 or 6 total), then for the first 4-6 meals you have 25 grams of lean meat and 50 grams of protein from a shake per meal. hopefully that made sence. i will try to go into this more later, but i want to get the hell out of the office for the day and i need to get my fat ass to the gym...

I'm really using these shakes out of convenience. I guess I could eat smaller portions in meals 3 and 6 and then add the left overs to reduced meals 2 and 4. We'll see if that works out...if not than I'll try to combine liquid and solid foods as much as possible.

Well said TPC....and much respect for you in bringing this up.I know a lot of the supp. companies would like to have you believing that you don't need ANY real food and that powders are 100% the way to go but like you, I've found that if I rely too much on powder I start to look and feel like shit....Now that being said my protein intake goal is upwards of 600grams per day so realistically at least half of that is gonna come from shakes....
