If he can bring this to the stage, not much is gonna stop him. Who knows what improvements Phil has made though.

No matter if you're a fan or not, you can't deny him. Jesus.

Holy hell man, I've never paid much attention to Jay, but seeing this pic, Jesus I am a fan now. I've always been a Branch Warren fan, simply because I train at the same place he does and he's freaking motivating, but Jay looks absolutely stunning. It's going to be really hard beating him this year, he's already the reigning champ, and the condition that he's in right now? Whew.
…Time is so precious….and you need to ask yourself, what are you going to do today but more importantly, you need to ask yourself – how are you going to do it?

Amazing. I have never noticed how his chest slopes to one side like that before though...really kind of weird.

I think it's just the way he's posing there. That's his go-to shot and his other ones don't look slopey.

True, I remember watching Dave Fisher when he was onstage by himself, he always looked good but seemed to always fade away when he was in the lineup.

Holy shit - Dave Fisher?? lol You are dating yourself.

I remember that asshole, vividly, from when I was a teenager in the late 80s. We trained at the same gym in MI and he was stripping or his friends were stripping or whatever but he was wearing these fucking cut off daisy duke shorts - NO SHIT - and his balls were hanging out when he would bench. He would always try to train hungover and was always "Mr Tough Guy". Kinda hard to be a tough guy with daisy dukes and your nuts hanging out, you would think.

I have noticed how vascular he seems this year, maybe I just havent noticed it before but it seems to be more prominent.

whats the chances of him getting a hair cut?
Overtraining should be one of the lowest concerns. You should focus on optimal training.
