    Good Morning Gang.

Sunny but cooool. I guess the warm season is over with in the Northeast. 1st frost of the fall season this morning 32 f. Last one was June 23. 8 weeks of rain, I won’t use the word summer, due to the lack there of. At least there wasn’t any distraction from heading to the gym. Still feeling the hangover from the news of Lou, but haven’t seen a full story posted here. Has anyone head from Lou or know the story. Enjoy your day.

Good morning, Northwatch! 32F?! We'll be in the 90s again, but at least the humidity is a bit less today. We're exact opposites. Winter here is the blip. Summer is endless.

        Lil'Missus,
Friends from San Diego and AZ enjoyed the cool rainny northeast during their stay with me a few weeks ago. Zonies said it's nice to see the change for the sake of change (sun 365). Sounds like your in the drier part of TX. I spent 6 months in SD so I've gotten a taste of the perfect climate....

Actually we're in the wet part of Texas, just into the piney woods. We get quite a bit of rain and if its not raining the air's so moist it might as well be raining. That's all right, everything's very green here. We have family in the very dry part of the state, but even they have been getting great rainfall this year.

We were in SD for a bit of a vacation in June. It was beautiful, but a bit cold for my thin blood. I take the freezing point literally. Brrrrr! It's very nice for a visit, but I'd be a popsicle in a matter of minutes if we lived where actually got cold. The Munster lived in Alaska for some years as a kid. Loved it.
