  • Green Tea/Glutamine

Today, on a spur of the moment thing, I mixed my glutamine in with my green tea, thinking I could spread it out some instead of just with my shake(s). Still putting it in my post w/o shake, though. My question is... Does anyone have a good reason not to do this? Does it either of their performance? I assume the glutamine doesn't begin to degrade in liquid until after 24 or so hours(I'm leaving it in there for a max of 3-6 hours). I can't see how it would hurt the tea. Massive... you and In-Human seem to have a good grip on chemical stuff... anything I should know???

I see no issue with it. Glutamine is a pretty stable compound, and shouldn't have any real issues with degradation unless your boiling the tea with the glutamine in it, then perhaps.

This is not a chemical thing, but the only concern I would be have is that glutamine does not mix up very well I would imagine that you would have to constantly shaking up your green tea/ glutamine keep it mixed.

will not hurt the material what so ever, but do not heat up the tea and do not leave longer than 2 or 3 days. free form L-glut should stay soluable in green tea as well.

to a certain degree, but i am not talking about room temp. i am talking about boiling levels. if he was to put the glut in a boiling pot along with the green tea.
