        Dorian was a beast and a better bodybuilder overall but when it comes to delts specifically, Pakulski has it in the bag.

                You cant just attribute the guys strongest point to his training, we could also do the same thing with his weak spots and attribute it to volume training

                        Impressive delt fullness after a depletion workout 1 week out from a show. Looks like he's got an effective deplete and supercompensation protocol, or at least one that doesn't leave him looking flat.
