  • before and after DC pics

    Hi fellas, just after some coments about my progress (whats improved, what hasn't), from 18 months of DC. Im just about to Start my 9th Blast, which will be my last before i start dieting for a block of shows, Hopefully i have made some decent changes.

    Yes i know im fatter haha...I cant remember how much i weighed now but i think its about 20lbs defferance?????

    def added some good size....when you diet down do it nice and slow so you keep all that muscle....and make sure you give yourself a good 20 weeks....good luck bro!!

      Dang. ..... that is some size you have put on there my friend. Keep up the good work man. I need to take progress pics as well. My second contest I did I over dieted and shrunk from a 235 to 168, my goals was 198..... ya I know. So take it nice and slow like Steve said Bro and keep the muscle

        Cheers Lads, Typically i do 14-18 weeks diet, by then i pretty much hate everyone and everything haha.

        I hope to be atlease 8-14lbs heavier than my avatar pic. Im weighing in at 230lbs now and my last show i came in at 180lbs....good job i diddnt stay at 260lbs haha

          if you're 230 in that current pic i would say if you diet down correctly you will have a good 7-10 lbs more muscle (stage weight) then you did last time!!

            Ya man you looked really good in your avatar. Are you going to keep posting pics for the up coming weeks? Also so to do you have a journal for your prep? What training approach are you taking after DC? What show are you doing? lol I like questions. Im curious what the end result on stage difference will loook like

                I dont have a journal on here bud, i pretty much seclude my self when i start dieting but i will try post some pics up when the show draws nearer. I stop DC 10 weeks out from a show and switch to 1 basic lift for 4 sets to failure, followed by 4 more exercises supersetted/ or giant setted. Im doing 2/possibly 3 shows in October... the the NABBA England, Central Britain, and the UK.
                I havnt cracked the top 3 yet so hopefully this year will be different

                              Thanks everyone for the comments...i feel i really need to bring my chest up though, any tips on some widowmakers for chest??

                              i'v done all angles on db flyes, i did a super wide grip slight incline smyth press aswell for a widowmaker oh and iv done pec fly machines too....anything else lads??? cables worth it???
