a lot of tuna fish, lol... salads are great but my favorite is a big ol steak also... taking some boneless chicken breasts and finding a rather low carb, good sauce and baing it in the over for a good 30 mins, makes a great tasty meal

Those are some great ideas, I personally love steak, medium rare please!

How do you apply the sauce? Do you marinate it?

PS sorry I fucked up that spelling in the title, lol.

i dont marinate at all... i should, but im hungry, so i dont want to wait lol... so just apply the sauce and cook it. i would not recommend any temp above 350 tho, because then things start to back to the pan at anything higher than that. so at 350, the chicken absorbs the bbq (or whatever) sauce, and is still moist as all hell when its done in 30 mins that is by far my far, ill make about 8 pounds of boneless and skinless chicken breasts at a time, and only eat for and throw the others in the fridge and make sandwhiches out of them the next day, hella good.

That does sound good, I'm getting hungry now lol.

Does it help to put aluminum foil over it, or just leave it as is on the pan?

Wings are probably the best thing that man has made for us guys that do the carb cut-off, LOL. I usually go to Zaxby's and get a double dozen of the hot honey mustard wings. Meh, can't do that for a while though...fuckin' cutting and that stuff would qualify as junk food *the sauce is more than likely pretty high in sugar/fat*. If you are going to go with wings past carb cut off, I'd recommend just making your own. No need to worry about how much sugar is in that special sauce they make. As for other treats post carb-cutoff, I just generally go with good olllle steak/hamburger. Or lately, I've gone back to an old staple of mine...good ollle leg quarters. Nice, cheap, and taste great. Yup, good olllle food. You see the Ronnie coming out there? good ollle *insert name of favorite supplement/food/steroid here, LOL*.

Lol, I didn't know who Ronnie was until last night when I saw some pics and GOOD LORD he is HUGE. How tall is that dude? I'm 6'3", and if I was that stacked I'd easily have to weigh over 320.

Any quick instructions for cooking wings and what a good sauce is? I'm new to the kitchen for the most part, but I catch on quickly.

Ronnie is Mr. O, brudda man. I believe he is 5'10", and actually HE is 320, so that would put you somewhere around 340-350 to look that big
