I've been doing DC for 2 months now and my best deadlift 1 month prior to starting DC was 405 x 4. I just hit 405 x 10 tonight. It's still weak compared to what a lot of you guys here are lifting but I'm happy with the progress.
Hitting 4 wheels for 10 reps has been my goal for a loooong time.
