  • BIG DEADLIFT PR!!! 405 x 10 (vid)

    I've been doing DC for 2 months now and my best deadlift 1 month prior to starting DC was 405 x 4. I just hit 405 x 10 tonight. It's still weak compared to what a lot of you guys here are lifting but I'm happy with the progress.

    Hitting 4 wheels for 10 reps has been my goal for a loooong time.

    Using those less-than-convenient plates for your deads makes it more impressive... I was so damn happy when I managed to get that same weight for 5 reps for the first time, so I can only imagine how cool it must have been to get 10 reps with it. Congrats, dude!

                      It's not about how much weight someone else can do but rather how much improvement you have made. Adding 6 reps on a heavy pull is beyond impressive!!! Nice work and keep us updated with the videos.
