  • Starting new blast phase

OK, I'm starting my current blast at 210 lbs.

I was amazed today at my workout, I was expecting to start a little below my previous workout during my last blast... but no, I was actually stronger!!

I only lost 2 lbs on my cruise phase, and I took an entire week off of lifting to let my body recouperate completely. Basically, I lifted during the first week of cruise, did my cardio and PCT and then took the entire second week off and continued my PCT. I hardened up, think I even lost some bodyfat, but the scale says I only lost a little bit.

I was chomping at the bit to get back at kicking my own ass with that log book...

Just wanted to post where I am at...

          Babygeto,

You wanna make this thread kinda a log book for the others to follow along with our progress?

Sure, that would be great motivation...

Although I should say that I'm doing a moderate cutting phase, I'll still put on some lbs, so let get crushing.
