    Starting my cruise today. All straight sets, no rest pausing, lower weights in extreme stretching, same bodypart groupings. my question is....just one straight set per bodypart? One exercise per part? My muscles and joints are aching!

    Bro I just cut back to one straight set and I only hit everything once a week on my cruise.

      Yes, one exercise one straight set per bodypart.

      Remember, you're not going to failure. Not taxing yourself. You should do a comfortable set of 15-20 reps. That's it. If you kill yourself while cruising you wont heal properly.

      Now is a good time to try out some new exercises that you might want to use on your next blast.

      Yeah, I'm pretty beat up at the end of a blast myself. Trust me, if you cruise right when you're done you'll feel like a million bucks and be one lean mofo.

        Gotcha guys! Thanks! Did legs and bi's. felt good. I tell you what though, my knees hurt from my weights going so high in the hack squat! Hope it's nothing serious!

            NO! Go on, yell at me. i need to go buy some wraps. I have never had a problem at all until lately. I thought maybe it was going away but it hasn't. Need to protect dem bad boys!

              You know honestly... I lift for one week during the cruise and then I take the next week completely off to let my body rest and recoup fully...

                  I usually skip one workout a week during cruising--so i lift maybe 4 times in those 2 weeks

                    Yup, the ole knees are aching today! I did leg presses yesterday instead of hacks w/ 15-20 reps. Legs have grown a great deal when DC training. I may need to ice them as well. A massage could also work as well. Wraps are my #1 priority now though!
