been training dc style bout 2weeks and feelin great, finally I found something that works!(I'm from Finland so sory my bad english...)
I'm 5´9 and 210lbs, I upped my daily protein 450grams/day wich is main difference to what I've done.
I'm natural.
I'll do my first show October 2005 in Finnish Nationals and wish to compete at 230lbs, will see..
Yeah, so basicly I just wanted to let you guys know, that I´ve learned way much more about real bodybuilding just reading here, compared what I learned in 10 years reading the bullshit magazines.
