I like to have low complex carbs pre shake to not give me the spike and drop me down in the middle of my lifting...

Before training try something like 3 scoops of vanilla protein mixed with 2 or 3 packs of the instant oatmeal flavors (like banna & cream or strawberry & cream) and chug that down in a shaker cup. :dcchomp:

god dammit typing that out made me hungry.

Go with plain instant as the flavor paks have way to much sugar in them and the crash will be terrible...

                Steaky,
TLM and I don't workout that early so this might not really apply for you.
But, breakfast on workout days is almost always oatmeal.
Then, an hour later, in preworkout protein shake we have just enough powdered gatorade to give it some flavor. Probably no more than 10-12g carbs.
But like I said, we have breakfast first.

                    ROFLMAO !!!!!

Any language taught in school is of no use in the real world. 3 years of German and I can ask where the bathroom is and tell you I'm hungry or full. (Had to know the last one at Omi's house. She would love all you big eaters.)

I think ill mix the oat meal with my shake and choke that down. I really gotta try some true protein powder, the shit I got at the moment is egyuck.
Id hate to think what shipping would cost though

Not much at all. True Protein makes absolutely no money off shipping so the shipping cost is very low. 11lbs of protein for me and the shipping is only around ten bucks, and that is with me living on the other side the country.
