Ok, since i read that DC sometimes likes to split up the last workout of the week into two days, every 2 weeks i split up chest shoulder tri/ then back width n thickness, so i can hit my back harder and heavier. Well....
My exercise of choice for width is always chins since i suck at them, and i try to add 1-2 reps every time around which i havent failed at yet. Thing is, i have been doing my chins from a lat pulldown station. YUP you read it right. Now i cant explain the science behind it or the reasoning, but i set the weight at 300lbs and just do my chins there rather than a fixed bar. Iv come to realize i can actually do more chins and I feel this MUCH MUCH more in my back (especially the lats) than i do from a stationary pullup station or bar. Has anyone else ever tried these regularly?
