If loaded with some seriously heavy weight, it would not be a isolatoin/finishing exercise. The only little problem is loading balancing yourself after loading it with a full stack.Leave a comment:

Pulldown variation...
For those of you who are tired of regular pulldowns, try this variation: attach a pair of handles to a cable cross machine(like for crossovers)but kneel down in the middel and do a pulldown and focus on squeezing your shoulder blades.
