  • Pulldown variation...

    For those of you who are tired of regular pulldowns, try this variation: attach a pair of handles to a cable cross machine(like for crossovers)but kneel down in the middel and do a pulldown and focus on squeezing your shoulder blades.

    I used to do these all the time at the end of a back workout. I like it as a nice finishing exercise back before I started DC training.

      If loaded with some seriously heavy weight, it would not be a isolatoin/finishing exercise. The only little problem is loading balancing yourself after loading it with a full stack.

        not enough weight on the crossover machine for me to do that
