i knew someone would pull this card, and you never know. someone could of made a tweak that could possibly benefit others. although, i do understand everything has to be done consistantly.

I pretty much stick to my guns on the diet now, after learning my lesson the hard way about carb cutoffs...

I have had to change a few minor things with the training to get around my injuries but other than that we have pretty much stuck to the principles of the progam. There have been times when I was getting hurt a lot I had to cut back to training everything once a week but we have bumped it back up to the 3 times in 2 weeks again since I am feeling healthy again.
I do not condone the use of anabolic steroids or any illegal drug, any information discussed is for educational purposes only.

Other than "injury tweaks", quite simply no.Remember bro,Dante has been refining DC training for years and this is the result of loads of hard work, trial and error and huge amounts of pain-not that you mean to be but your thread could be misconstrued as disrespectful -hence you may receive some sarcastic replies-but as usual this is only my opinion

i hit chest/shoulders/tris, back/bis. and legs monday, tuesday, thursday, friday but that is a dante approved variant. for me that keeps the workouts shorter and more intense but it really varies depending on how strong you are, how long it takes you to warm up, and how long you need to recover between exercises.

im pretty sure silverback does it the same way

                lol skip

i'm the kind of guy thats always looking to slightly tweak something to make the slightest improvement even if its only .000001% better, but i have yet to think of anything that dante hasnt tested in regards to lifting that might improve it. maybe its because i completely agree with all of the concepts behind the program. but changes are made on an individual basis in regards to exercise choice (by what is most effective for the individual), diet, maybe even frequency of workouts and things like that.

but what about supplements (not nutrition) to DC training that might give a little boost to gains and/or recovery? like eh... message, stretching outside of the gym, maybe even medidation or some neat amazing thing that just happens to help...anything else that people on here do that is not included in the basic DC training regimen, but could possibly be useful.

Im steering some of my more advanced trainers to that tues thurs full workout and sat sun split workout scheme (I just think it makes it a little easier for the super strong guys)

Before you look too deeply in that for you that dont know--its just the same thing as the mon wed fri--except the last workout i split in half so the workouts are incredibly short on the weekend (alot easier on the mindset for myself and others)
