Some of you might remember me posting here earlier this summer that I was planning on starting to workout using DC's training methods. For those that don't remember I am 16 y/o 6'1" and I weigh around 165-170.
Ok well after getting all of the bullshit out of my way I finally went to the gym for my first workout. The amount of weight I used definitely dropped but I can honestly say that I am more sore from that one hour or so workout than I ever was after the 2 1/2 hour workouts I used to do. And that was yesterday. Now I'm extremely sore and starting to wonder if I'm going to be able to workout tommorrow. I guess it was kind of naive of me to think I could just stop working out completely for 4 months and then go back and workout harder than I ever did. Anyway though I had no problems and it wasn't even that hard to figure out how much to lower my weights. I can't wait until tommorrow and hopefully I'll be able to lift again by then.
