If you had no other responsibilities and had nothing to do but lift and get huge how would you set it up?
I would split up a DC style work up into 4 different sets
Chest Shoulders Tri's
Back Width and Thickness and maybe Biceps
Quads
Hams and Calves
I would then go am and pm work outs 2 on one off. With a nice nap in the middle.
