    Sorry about this question - I've been going through CFP and I really should be asleep by now !

    When walking for cardio I know that DC recommends 45 mins on non-training days.

    On a treadmill what incline and speed should I be aiming for ??

    Just go low intensity, I belive he said low enough to where you can carry on a conversation. I just walk my dogs and stuff on the streets. But when I do use a treadmill, I usually go 3.3-3.5mph at 5% grade.
