    Well, being a DC newbie -- I entered week 2 of DC training today. OMG! It is kicking my tail. I have never felt so weak yet making progress in my life.

    On Saturday I could barely move, rest has never been more vital in my program.

    My journal log never leaves my side, and this week I was hoping the gym had enough 2.5 plates for me. Cannot wait to keep at this...
