    Hey guys,

    I just wanted to introduce myself and thank you for the great motivation.

    I started training with Dante back in Aug '03. I was making very good progress when I badly tore my left hamstring while deadlifting. The injury wasn't due to the training program, just a fluke occurrence while warming up. Anyway, that happened in mid Dec. In Feb I tore it again, this time I was not in the gym. So needless to say I have had a long recovery and have been extremely disappointed in my lack of progress due to the severity of the injury.

    Now I feel I'm ready to hit it hard again and all of your conversations on this board have me fired up. I hope to keep feeding off of your motivation and contribute whenever I can.

    welcome bro, ive always stretched my hams before deads, ill do stretch them more now tho
