I know you're supposed to try to beat the weight first, or the reps second. Now if I was shooting for a 11-15 RP on a certain excersize and I hit 11 last time, I try to beat the weight, right?
Now say I was shooting for 11-15 RP and I only hit 10 last time. Do I NOT add weight to this excersize, but try to beat my 10RP? Or am I allowed to add weight if I know I can get my 11-15?
Today is my first day I go up against my logbook. My blood is boiling right now, I can barely wait to get in there and make a fool of it.
