I was cleaning out my closet and came across an old log book. Kind of sad really-I thought I had made more progress than I really had. This was about 2.5 years ago and most of my lifts have not jumped up that much. Except for the 3 majors Deads, Bench and Squat. The change really should have been more considering how much gear I used in the between time. I feel like I have an answer now though so what it looks like in a year.

RT, Its funny I have keep logs for almost 20 years, they are kinda like photo albums for me and the comments I made back then, lol, "90 lb DB Inclines for 8 reps, I felt like an animal tonight", LOL, when I am down I break those out and have some laughs.
Its funny this program I gained more in 6 months than I did in 5 years with the old high volume routine, something how we change and grow...

i dunno... put some old logs in your closet, close the door, turn around, and count to 10. then open the door, get the logs, say "gee, what could this be?", and read them. i'm gonna try it later, so i'll let you know how it goes.www.trueprotein.com

Note: i'm not an expert, but i'm probably right.
